The starting point for this coaching programme will be a current issue in your personal and / or professional development. You will learn to convert this into clear goals and practical steps.
Do you want to become better at saying ‘no’? Do you feel as if you are heading towards a burnout and want to feel calmer? How can you deliver the quality you want your work to have, but achieve this with enjoyment? Organise your life around what you think is most important? Take the leap to finally begin that one project you keep pushing ahead of you?
These are some examples of questions that I encounter in my practice. Many more topics are suitable starting points for a coaching process: perhaps your question is already listed here.
During the intake interview, you will outline your situation and your focus issue. In the following sessions you then work on one theme per session. This can be done in the form of conversations, but also through exercises. At the end of a session you will have formulated practical actions, often supplemented with homework assignments.
A coaching programme takes 6 to 8 sessions on average, always in consultation and depending on your questions and needs. After the intake interview you can decide whether you want to start the programme.
