The starting point for this coaching programme will be a current issue in your personal and / or professional development.
Do you consider changing your career, but you are unsure what you want next? Do you feel as if you are heading towards a burnout and want to feel calmer? How can you deliver the quality you want your work to have, but achieve this with enjoyment? Organise your life around what you think is most important?
These are some examples of questions that I encounter in my practice. Many more questions are suitable starting points for a coaching process: perhaps your question is already listed here.
During the intake interview, you will outline your situation and your focus issue. In the following sessions you then work on one theme per session. This can be done in the form of conversations, but also through exercises. At the end of a session you will have formulated practical actions, often supplemented with homework assignments.
A coaching programme takes 6 to 8 sessions on average, always in consultation and depending on your questions and needs. After the intake interview you can decide whether you want to start the programme.
Yes, I do. In a career coaching programme, you will investigate the best working environment for your talents and preferences. You will pay attention to self-knowledge and self-development. After all, you take your values, qualities and pitfalls to work. ;-) Here you will find examples of career topics.
Coaching is not covered by health insurance.
However, employers often have options within their training / development budget.
Entrepreneurs can often deduct the costs as professional expenses (consult your accountant).
"The coaching programme was truly an eye opener. The self-knowledge I gained offers me opportunities and possibilities to keep growing."
